Torre Taylor

Torre Taylor moved to Columbia, MO in 2018 to attend college and found her true passion while volunteering at Second Chance in 2020.

Inspired by the work being done in animal welfare, she changed her academic path and went on to earn a Master’s degree in Public Health with an emphasis in Veterinary Science.

Over the past five years, she has fostered more than 70 animals through Second Chance and remains deeply committed to the mission of rescue and rehabilitation.

Now serving as the Facility and Animal Services Manager, she continues to advocate for the well-being of every animal in the organization’s care.

At home, she enjoys life with Oakley, her beloved dog and proud Second Chance alum.
