About Beth

Beth has been a lifelong dog person and animal lover in general. After years of a houseful of pets and

accidental amateur rescues, Beth and her husband found themselves empty-nesters with no pets. Finally

freedom to live pet hair free! Travel, stay out late, get new furniture!

Within six months, life without pets was unbearable and Beth signed up to be a Second Chance foster. In

2023, Beth joined the board, hoping to contribute in additional ways to this fantastic organization.

In true Second Chance fashion, in 2024, Beth and her husband met the foster who completely undid all

their resolve to remain personal pet-free and Waldo joined the family!
