Operations Director | Jordan was born and raised in California, MO. She is a lifelong animal lover and often affectionately referred to as the “crazy dog lady.” Jordan graduated from the University of Missouri with a Bachelor’s degree in Parks, Recreation and Tourism; but soon after college discovered her real passion for rescuing animals. Coming from a rural community with very few resources to help strays or unwanted animals led to developing a wonderful relationship with Second Chance. Jordan has been volunteering, networking, transporting, fostering and arranging transfers for animals in her area since 2015 and joined Second Chance as Operations Director in 2021. Jordan shares her home with her husband Kenton, rescue dog Loki and rescue cat River.
